The Gallagher Twins

Twins, Wilem Alan Gallagher and Padraig Steven Gallagher were essentially the first cronies of Thomas Aldous Rawling, discovering his time travel capabilities, and joining him in his crimes.

Chic of Corellia encountered (at a distance) Wilem Gallagher's reinvented as royals times on Corellia, and retaliated by screwing him closed, using Vera Gallagher, and producing Jeremy Houck, and then Marlynn Stillions, and then Rodney Blackwell... Chic of Corellia also noticed Rudolph Grinch and has been manipulating the much younger time travel operation of Dieter Weber to attack presumed-to-be Gallagher targets.

Of course Chic of Corellia noticed Rawlings, en masse, but thanks to Gallagher subterfuge more local to the Gallagher reinvented as royals times on Corellia, Chic of Corellia mostly believes they were created, made or invented, by the Gallaghers. Of course Chic of Corellia is manipulating all the weaker Rawlings he finds, and since he is approximately 160,000 years old, that includes a large portion of the Rawlings who are rushing to join Fafe Times they presume still exist here. For this reason alone, Rawlings must be diverted away from this timeline, using any means necessary.

Other non-Terran time traveling criminals of similar ages are employing similar tactics, relating to their similar but non-identical situations.
