Manually 'Thifing' Information

Basically: Anyone who manually 'thifs' information as though it were guaranteed, absolute fact especially, basically becomes targeted by every time travel trial that finds out. This was an incredibly long standing, nearly universal criminal strategy / tactic, typically involving communications disguised as issuing from moral robots or devices, that were actually originating from a person.

Since Prince William Atreides II is already, or will eventually be, detected by every actual time travel trial, 'thifing' information around or through him is a surefire way for new criminals to guarantee that they will become subject to criminal inquiries.
