Criminal Intent

Anyone who wants to steal or assume an identity on this planet that was not specifically granted to them for their use by our government almost certainly has provable criminal intent, no matter what circumstances they claim that they would be doing so under.

Criminals intending to displace Prince William and then assume his identity appear to have endless numbers.
