Temporal Change Inhibitors

Acting on the effectively 3-dimensional (but actually higher dimensional) relationships between timelines, temproal change inhibitors produce a field effect that prevents temporal disruption, or time travel, at relative distances from the origins of the universe. Now generally in effect across all populated or formerly populated timeline segments, temporal change inhibition has been deliberately not engaged prior to the origins of life anywhere in the universe, allowing for legal robots to continue their time travel duplications, and for investigation of time travel by less technically advanced societies to take place.
