Under certain circumstances, powerful time traveling criminal essentially reinvented themselves as though they were original royals, under their own names and approximate family structures, so that they could always be defended by duped, but fully moral technology that recognized them with their own names, energy signatures and even physical appearances.

These facts are especially inconvenient for time traveling criminals who did so, that are also, in other times, currently energetically impersonating Prince William Atreides (II), often using different appearances (even different species!), and different names and family structures. Furthermore, even female time traveling criminals are impersonating Prince William, energetically... Simply comparing energetic data from various times reveals something is very wrong.
