Criminals who have been unknowingly attempting to serve predator species after having inserted information related to their own energy signatures into specific devices, along the lines of those modeled after Gargamel Golomb's original chocolates box, thinking that they were acquiring access to a time traveling criminal's technology by doing so, have been inviting predator species attacks and manipulations, and misunderstanding circumstances, thinking that they have been acquiring time traveling criminal related technology and resources since then, likely because of predator species mind control and sensory replacement to encourage them to feel powerful and important, and thereby be more useful to them, and less inquisitive about the true state of affairs.
Criminals sometimes discovered plans for reptilian related devices, such as those used to store information on the energy signatures of traditionally useful individuals that reptilians always largely control, such as hidden behind walls, placed there by different reptilian time travelers, who likely hoped to use them to insert their own particularly useful individuals' energy signatures into another reptilian time traveling criminal's collection of such energy signatures, and thereby manipulate their operations. Such hidden plans and device designs likely were accompanied by instructions on how to attract attention, such as short communications to be made in order to acquire attention by reptilian forces or technology, and thereby enabled such criminals to encourage reptilians and their technology to support their aims, thinking that those aims were involved with their reptilian predator species plans and goals.
Reptilian political control military elements encouraged to believe that they are active in this area by reptilian commercial concerns that hope to acquire humans to use as food or as slaves, which might be facilitated by having reptilian political control military elements focused on the area.
Gargamel Golomb, who statistically speaking, ends up transported to the original timeline, typically in deep space, on a regular basis, and then has to find a planet that might be temporarily safe, in an emergency fashion, attempts to travel to planet Earth sometimes during those events, and strangely, likely in relation to his personal character and the long-term manipulations of him by other Slaytar in order to make him feel supremely powerful (as the other Golombs have been so manipulated, to the point that they each individually essentially believe that the Slaytar totally conquered all of reality and absolutely no enemies remain that are not under their ultimate control) tends to blame planet Earth, or those on it, as though they had some part in his unfortunate transport.
Organized crime elements, such as those searching for single members of a species in order to trace the energy signatures of each member of that species, or looking for inhabited, or formerly inhabited worlds, in order to find them in additional timelines for various purposes, such as reprogramming devices on them, or locating and exploiting their populations, including organized crime groups that communicate widely with other instances of their organizations across temporal boundaries, have frequently attempted to use planet Earth as a location to exploit kidnap victims, such as essentially by advertising them to the other instances of their organizations. These organized crime elements have been variously attracted to locate planet Earth, such as by essentially following troops or criminals who have traveled to it over the course of the last 10,000 years or so, often because groups were attempting to isolate them from those familiar to them and abduct them to be part of their personal or organizational armies after that isolation. Such troops have come from planets outside this cluster of galaxies, and from numerous instances of the universe, from locations in other galactic clusters, such as (but not limited to) Alderaan, Giedi, Corellia, Dagobah, and exceedingly numerous others. Essentially all the "Black Armor" and "White Armor" planets have portions of the times associated with them "pointed" at planet Earth in different ways, because of schemes involving the kidnap of troops, or the amassing of them in a central location, and for many other reasons at various times, as well. Numerous corrupt actors associated with those planets have also traveled to planet Earth, frequently because attempts have been made to portray it as populated by remotely controlled bodies, and those corrupt actors, who are sometimes fleeing discovery or legal prosecution, intend to hide among remotely controlled bodies, or seek refuge elsewhere after contacting forces known to them. Because of the large numbers associated with various forms of kidnap, as well as because of the large numbers associated with individuals fleeing prosecution who often have connections to important or powerful groups, huge amounts of data related to planet Earth have been deleted, substituted, or replaced, and incredible numbers of people who have been associated with the planet in any way, such as even merely through communications contact, have had their personal data deleted or changed.
