Prince William
Prince William’s brain was possibly replicated from the exact point where he died, in the womb, initially, in the original timeline. Or a fully-human equivalent of his brain was formed, but either way, his vibrational essence was reconstituted into the body of Prince William, supplanting the placeholder, life-sustaining artificial brain, at the exact equivalent stage of development that his body was at when he was originally killed by overwrite. He would have been born Apollo Atreides.
Shortly after Prince William was born, time traveling criminals attempted to kill and replace him. He was moved to the United States of America, for his own protection, where he lives under a name registered with the government. He has a location / identity chip implanted in his hand to ensure that he is not impersonated.
Prince William (as Paul Atreides) was impersonated by criminals, in a plethora of ways, including energetically. Because he has been so widely impersonated, his energetic signature has been acquired by virtually every Zerg system of importance, and is being watched closely, by them, at least.
Human cronies of the Zerg have been (knowingly, or not) trying to contact the various Zerg technologies watching through Prince William's soul signature by making themselves detectable to him, in various ways. This doubly a problem, because the Zerg duplicated sets of timelines repeatedly, systematically, and so contact with or revelation of one of those sets might potentially lead to Zerg technology having additional resources; and the forms of contact those human collaborators prefer are mildly debilitating for Prince William.
Additionally, to facilitate those attempts at contact, and to discourage investigation, those human collaborators have been claiming Prince William, himself is a remotely controlled body, with a projected soul.
Since such a wide variety of time traveling criminals have assumed the energetic identity of Paul Atreides, a simple comparison of energetic signatures from various times, that have not been in contact with each other is basically all that is needed to reveal the truth about what has been occuring. Since it is clear from Prince William's energetic signature that he is young, and has not lived before (because of his lack of authentic sexual contact and lack of eating creatures with souls), and because his parents, whose energetic signatures are secondarily detectable through his, were obviously highly connected and regal, and were obviously the victims of horrible time travel crimes, it is clear that those that attack Prince William are opposed to the discovery of the truth about what has occurred.
The fact that time traveling criminals, and their descendants, claim to be responsible for the effects of Prince William's technological resources, is particularly telling.
