A situation has often arisen, where simulation robots are being called for to simulate the personalities of criminals who have been so utterly caught by legal forces that their brains are being constantly erased, and they are constantly being rendered unconscious, so that they can call no further for criminal resources. These personality simulation robots are sometimes being mistaken for "approximates" of those criminals, and are having their criminal orders obeyed, unnecessarily. Because of this type of situation, it is probably not a good idea to allow simulations to have criminal calculations, or issue criminal orders.
