Massively Reprogramming Attacking Mind Control

Legal and moral time traveling robots that defend all life in this area have numbers sufficient to reprogram and / or contact all technology and / or individuals in every universe they become directly aware of, whether by tracing and locating them using time viewers, or by reckoning their locations in response to contact from parties in them. Since so many as of yet uncontacted universes have technology in them observing (at some level) William Atreides II, it makes good sense to direct those technologies to make themselves known, rather than wait for them to be discovered more slowly by tracing using time viewers, which often need to discover instances of signal-based time travel and then trace them in what is nearly the most complicated use of a time viewer protocol, especially because direct (or even indirect) contacts are relatively easily and instantaneously traced. If William Atreides II spent all his time merely directing technologies to contact him or at least make themselves known by projecting communications in his general vicinity, it would likely be the most effective method to make great gains in tracing massive amounts of time / history. Additionally, because of the variety of attempts by various criminals to attract unending rushes of criminals and criminal technology to William Atreides II, he can likely sense through a variety of methods, such as perceptions of the pressures of mind control and / or pain when criminal technologies are becoming more attentive to him at rates faster than the rates of legal technologies contacting him, because essentially the levels of mind control or sensory replacement being used against him drop when universes are being discovered, by whatever means, faster than criminal technological weapons are being deployed to attack him. When more substantial levels of mind control and / or sensory replacement are being used against William Atreides II, such as after he has been asleep, or is inattentive, and has otherwise lost his sense of self, and is essentially believing the illusions he mostly perceives on a deeper level, levels of voluntary contact apparently drop, for a variety of reasons, such as that he may be viewed as an unsafe point of contact, and this leads to increased levels of pain and mind control and sensory replacement that he experiences. For these reasons it does not make sense to attempt to actually attract additional criminal attacks to him, even knowing they will be ultimately ineffective because of the massive reprogramming of criminal technologies, because essentially, any kind of "death" he might experience will lead to a loss of sense of self for him, and reduce the willingness of distant and as of yet unknown parties to openly contact him, or make themselves known around him.
