Tyler Duncan
An acquirer of Thomas Aldous Rawling's time travel technology. Tyler Duncan was (possibly) originally the leader of a criminal organization that came into contact with an isolated instance of Tom Rawling (most likely the sort whose main time travel technology was contained and operated from within a concealed space ship - a parallel reference may be the combination of Biff and the terrorists in the Back To The Future movie franchise). It is conceivable that Tyler Duncan's criminal organization for some reason took notice of Tom Rawling, and decided to reprogram his brain to acquire his technology. Because he was so isolated, and did not have access to wireless control of his technology, Duncan's mob was able to capture him, and reprogram his brain in order to direct him to provide them access to time travel. A main point of difference between Tyler Duncan's criminal organization and other groups of time traveling criminals is that it began as a diverse collection of hardened criminals, and is not based around a single family. The individual criminals hold no loyalty to each other, and oftentimes do not even know the histories and important facts about their superiors, so it is difficult for them individually to recognize when the organization has been detected.
