Societies Susceptible To Having Nearly All Their Data Edited

Because time traveling criminals often conquered timelines that are similar enough to existing timelines, or even specifically created timelines and therefore know where they are (and all the features of interest, such as devices, persons, and databanks), many timelines are susceptible to acting upon edited, or completely fabricated data, fed to them, or even directly written into their data storage.

William Atreides of Terra and Andor is essentially continuously coming under attacks motivated by criminally fabricated data, that deploy one timeline after another against him using that false and spurious data, largely in an effort to defeat effective and efficient First Contacts.

Oftentimes, these societies that are being deployed to disrupt First Contacts are not even aware of the effects and / or reality of time travel, and time travel crime, prior to being informed of it by Prince William's forces.

Those instances where legal forces from diverse times and places and being deployed to trouble Prince William's operation, often include instances where those legal forces are either driving those around Prince William from their bodies using mind control attacks, or effectively (unknowingly) capitalizing upon the fact that criminal forces have recently done so. In short, this means that those nearest Prince William are often being impersonated, even by legal forces that are unaware of their gaffes.
